Google Sign-In Data: When you sign in with Google, we collect your email address through Firebase Authentication.
User Preferences: If you “like” a baby name, we store it against your account (email ID).
Astrological Inputs: You may enter Nakshatra, Rashi, Pada, or other astrological details. These inputs are processed in real time to generate name suggestions but are not saved or retained.
Analytics Data: We may use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics to improve the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide personalized features (saving favorite names linked to your account).
To maintain and improve app performance and user experience.
To ensure account-level access to your saved names.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

Naamya uses the following services:

Firebase (Google) – for authentication, analytics, and data storage.
OpenAI API – for generating baby name suggestions (inputs are processed but not stored by us).
Other APIs (e.g., astrology services) – used only for real-time calculations, without storing personal identifiers.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your email and liked names are securely stored in Firebase Firestore.
No sensitive birth details or astrological inputs are permanently stored.
We take reasonable technical measures to safeguard your information.

5. Children’s Privacy

Naamya is intended for parents and adults. It is not designed for direct use by children under 13.

Request deletion of your data (email and saved names).
Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
